Onion Turkey Burgers

Makes 4 burgers ~ 4pt+ each

Supper really doesn't get any easier or faster than this.  Even take out isn't this quick and easy.  Really.

This is one of my "go to" recipes when I don't feel like cooking or leaving the house.

The 2, yes TWO, ingredients are things I always have on hand.  Mix them together, pop them on your indoor grill and in less than 5 min, you have a healthy, super tasty supper and you didn't even have to get out of your jammies. ;)

Onion Turkey Burgers

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

In a bowl, mix the two items together.

Form into 4 patties.  They will be sticky but don't worry about it.  They will hold together just fine when cooked.

Place on your George Foreman, Cuisinart, DeLonghi (that's what I have) or whatever indoor grill you have.  Grill for 3-5 min depending on temp setting.

We love the flavor, ease and simplicity.

Enjoy "as is" on a bun or for a little something different, add an Asian sauce, refried beans or a sharp provolone for a change.
