Menu ~ Week of May 9

I have started eating a low carb diet...again. It really is best for my diabetes. In the past week, my BGL have been consistently between 90 and 110. Even after meals. My menus from now on will reflect this low carb lifestyle but with added whole grains for the rest of my family.
