Menu ~ Week of April 26, 2010

  • Pan Fried Tilapia, baked brown rice, glazed carrots (recipe for carrots to come)
  • Brisket Sandwiches, potato salad, baked beans
  • Sesame Chicken, veggie fried rice (using leftover rice)
  • Grilled Pork Tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, green beans (potatoes/pork recipes to come)
  • Left Over Buffet
