Tartar Sauce

Simple but so much better than store bought.

Make a couple hours ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to use.

Tartar Sauce

  • 3/4 cup mayo (You could use light. I typically don't use enough sauce to make enough of a difference)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Mustard
  • pinch each, salt and pepper

Mix everything together in a bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours before use.
