Make a couple hours ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to use.
- 3/4 cup mayo (You could use light. I typically don't use enough sauce to make enough of a difference)
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Mustard
- pinch each, salt and pepper
Mix everything together in a bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours before use.
