Chili con Queso

Blue Girl loves this stuff. Well, we all love it but she LOVES it! She will go to a Mexican Restaurant and order this with some tortillas and that will be her supper...if I let her. LOL

This is super easy to make and a crowd pleaser at gatherings.

Chili con Queso (makes a small pan ~ approximately 2 cups)

1/2 - cup Milk
1/3 - of a 2lb block of Velveeta, cubed
1/4 - cup hot salsa (we like ours run through a blender)
3 - tablespoons of hot pickled jalapenos, diced

Pour milk into a sauce pan set over med-low heat.

Add velveeta. Stir until melted.

Add salsa and stir.

Add jalapenos tasting periodically to achieve your desired heat level.

Serve with chips, tortillas, over tamales, drizzle into tacos, drizzled over grilled chicken. The possibilities are endless.
