Here are my menus for the next two weeks. I am trying to use only what is in the pantry and freezer. Pool Guy did have to stop at the grocery for a few items that we needed. Stuffing, apples, tomatoes and some apple pie filling.
I will make a dessert each week also. This week will be Apple Pie and next week I'll make some sort of cake.
Sunday: Homemade Pizza, Salad
Monday: Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Tuesday: Roast Beef, potatoes, peas
Wednesday: Mexican Bean Soup ~ I decided to change from Brocc/Cheese (home canned)
Thursday: Fried Fish, French Fries (fresh caught fish, homemade fries)
Friday: Homemade Pizza, Salad (we are changing Pizza night to Friday because of Lent)
Saturday: Enchiladas, Rice, Beans (left overs)
Sunday: Grilled Chicken leg quarters , Rice, Green Beans
Monday: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Peas
Tuesday: BLTs, French Fries (homemade fries)
Wednesday: Fish, Baked Potatoes, Salad (fresh caught fish grilled, Ash Wednesday ~ start of Lent)
Thursday: Dirty Rice, Salad (rice will have shrimp and sausage in it)
Friday: Homemade Cheese Pizza, salad
Saturday: Leftovers ~ or as we like to call it: FFY (Fend For Yourselves!)
I will try to post pics and recipes for some of the meals throughout the two weeks. With soccer season already starting and the garden starting to go in, we are very busy these days. :)
